Navigation: Analysis: Mapping, Linking and Workflows

The List Buttons

At the right end of the lists you see several list buttons in every line.

These serve as an entry point to the corresponding work steps and at the same time indicate the status of the PCN in color.

You can find more detailed information on the status in the column Status.

Create or edit FollowUps

Create or edit a Categorization

Entry into the Mapping

Create or edit analysis workflows

Create or edit action workflows

Complete a PCN

Transfer a PCN to om.cockpit®

Acknowledge changes of a merged PCN in pcn.update

These buttons are shown as a button bar in all views where a PCN is processed.

Icon	State of PCN	Action (What happens on click)
	The PCN has no Follow Up.	Create the first Follow Up.
	The PCN has a Follow Up, which is overdue.	Go to the Follow Ups page.
	The PCN has Follow Ups. None of it is due.	Go to the Follow Ups page.
	The PCN has no Categorization.	Create the first Categorization.
	The PCN has a Categorization.	Go to the Categorization page.
	The PCN has no Mapping.	Create the first Mappings.
	The PCN has at least one Mapping, but the Mapping is incomplete.	Go to the Mappings page.
	The PCN has a complete Mapping.	Go to the Mappings page.
	The PCN has no Analysis and you cannot yet create one because there is no Mapping.	No function
	The PCN no Analysis.	Create the first Analysis.
	The PCN has an Analysis, but not all Mappings (Assemblies) are covered. More Analysings are necessary (see Analysis Needed)	Create an Analysis for the Mappings (Assemblies) which are not yet covered.
	The PCN has an Analysis and all Mappings are covered. No further Analysis is needed in order to complete the PCN.	Create an optional Analyse.
	The PCN has no Analysis.	No function
	The PCN has at least one Analysis, which is not yet completed (Done). (at least one task is Open or WIP)	Go to the Analysis page.
	All Analysis Workflows of the PCN are completed (Done). It may be more Analysis necessary.	Go to the Analysis page.
	The PCN has no Action and you cannot yet create one because there is no completed (Done) Analysis.	No function
	The PCN has no Action.	Create the first Action.
	The PCN has Action(s), not all Analysis is covered. More Actions are necessary (see Action Needed).	Create an Action for Analysis Workflows which are not covered yet.
	The PCN has Action(s) and all Analysis is covered. No further Action is needed in order to complete the PCN. - or - The PCN has Action(s) and not all Analysis is covered, but none of the Analysis which have no Action is completed (Done). The PCN has state Analysis Open, so to get ahead, you first have to complete the Analysis.	Create an optional Action.
	The PCN has no Action	No function
	The PCN has at least one Action, which is not yet completed (Done). (at least one task is Open or WIP)	Go to the Actions page.
	All Actions of the PCN are completed (Done). It may be more Actions necessary.	Go to the Actions page.
	The PCN is not yet completed (Done) and also cannot set to Done manually because the Mapping is not complete or the PCN is already in the Analysis.	No function
	The PCN is not yet completed (Done).	Set the PCN manually to Done.
	The PCN is completed (Done).
	The PCN was not yet transferred.	Transfer the PCN the first time.
	The PCN was transferred but since then there are changes in Mapping or Local Matching. The transfered PCN is not up to date.	Transfer the PCN again.
	The PCN was transferred
	The PCN has Changes, which are already merged wurden.	Acknowledge the changes.
