Manually complete a PCN

You can also complete a PCN manually in pcn.cockpit®. For this, the following requirements must be met:

1.The mapping of the PCN is complete: all matches Mapped or Excluded, no Open matches

2.The PCN does not (yet) have a workflow

To complete a PCN manually, find your PCN in the pcn.analysis list and click on the (grey) list button Set PCN Done Icon-DonePCN at the end of the row. The PCN is set to Done and is hidden from display. You can show it again using the chackbox Show Done.

Reopen completed PCN

Completed PCNs are automatically re-opened (set to not completed) as soon as you

1.Import a new BOM that has parts that match these PCN

2.Create a new analysis workflow for the PCN

That is how pcn.cockpit® ensures that you do not miss any important changes.

Note: There are settings in the admin area to configure conditions for preventing the reopening completed PCNs.
