This area contains up to nine tiles at startup depending on user permissions. Some of the tiles are dynamic buttons and therefore show simple status information about key figures such as number of PCN and tasks.
Working in pcn.cockpit® essentially takes place in this area.
Tiles are - similar to menu items - action buttons. Clicking them takes you to different working areas. In addition, some contain key figures for these areas.
bom.match: Overview of matches (PCN to parts) from global and local database. Same function as the menu item matches.
Key figure: Number of all parts with matches and matching PCN has not yet been purchased or which have not yet been mapped or excluded.
pcn.analysis: Define and implement appropriate actions for the PCN. Creating workflows and resulting action tasks. Delegating other organizational units / persons. Same function as the menu item analysis.
Key figure: Number of PCN that have at least one workflow that is not completed.
pcn.tasks: Define and implement appropriate actions for the PCN. Creating workflows and resulting action tasks. Delegating to other organizational units / individuals.
Key figure: Number of PCN which need a new workflow or have a workflow to process.
pcn.store: Work with the local smartPCN database and view the current inventory of the global database pcn.global®.
Key figure: Number of existing PCN in the local database.
pcn.creator: Create your own smartPCN for your products (BOM) compliant with the VDMA standard.
bom.admin: Upload, export and edit your own bill of materials / BOM.
Key figure: Number of BOMs created or uploaded.
pcn.status: View current status, create and export reports to an Excel file.
pcn.search: Search for smartPCN already procured or available in pcn.global®.
