The pcn.tasks area contains all workflows, i.e. all tasks and actions with responsibilities and results that exist for processing the PCN.
To get to the pcn.tasks, you have 2 options:
1.All workflows with all tasks
2.Only workflows with your tasks that are intended for you or your organization
To get an overview of all workflows (not only yours), click on the tile pcn.tasks (1) in the home view. You will see the view pcn.tasks - Overview Task Types.
To get an overview of your workflows, click on the button my tasks 
(2).
In both cases you get to this overview:
The numbers in the tile badges indicate the number of PCN you see if clicking the tile.
Each tile in the top row takes you to a PCN list, each tile in the lower row takes you to a workflow list.
So from here you get quickly to the PCN and tasks which need to be processed.
