After entering all mandatory fields click the Create button 
to create the basic structure of the PCN.
Now, you can enter further information and attach documents. Do this the same way as when manually creating a PCN.
The final smartPCN is available in your pcn.store (like any PCN from other manufacturers) and it is so part of the future Matching.
